RouteSphere Logistics provides freight forwarding, courier, warehousing, and logistics management services. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of each individual shipment request. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that does not comply with applicable regulations or our operational requirements.
A shipment is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from RouteSphere Logistics. Quote requests and booking forms do not constitute a confirmed booking. We will communicate acceptance, timelines, and any specific requirements via email to the address provided at the time of booking.
The sender is responsible for ensuring that all goods are properly packed, labelled, and declared accurately. The sender must provide correct recipient contact information, including a valid email address where tracking and delivery notifications will be sent. RouteSphere Logistics accepts no liability for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the sender.
RouteSphere Logistics will not accept shipments containing illegal substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, live animals, human remains, or any items prohibited by the laws of the origin or destination country. Dangerous goods may only be accepted where specifically agreed in writing and accompanied by the required documentation.
RouteSphere Logistics liability is limited to loss or damage directly caused by our negligence, up to the declared value of the shipment or the applicable carrier's standard liability limit, whichever is lower. We strongly recommend cargo insurance for high-value shipments. RouteSphere Logistics accepts no liability for consequential losses, delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure events.
The sender is responsible for ensuring that all shipments comply with the import and export regulations of all relevant countries. RouteSphere Logistics provides customs clearance assistance, but the legal responsibility for accurate declarations remains with the sender. Any duties, taxes, or fines arising from inaccurate declarations are the sole responsibility of the sender.
Tracking information is provided as a convenience and may be subject to delay or inaccuracy during transit. Email notifications are sent to the recipient's email address as provided at the time of shipment creation. RouteSphere Logistics is not responsible for notifications not received due to spam filters or incorrect email addresses.
Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of processing and completing your shipment, and for communicating with you about your shipment. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where required for shipment processing (e.g., carriers, customs authorities). RouteSphere Logistics reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will post any significant changes on this page.
